- Include your full name, original mailing address, or a copy of the original packing slip with your return.
- For shipments within the US, we recommend using regular US mail with package insurance for tracking purposes. We cannot accept COD (Cash on Delivery) packages.
- For shipments from outside the US, please use a prepaid, ground shipping method and clearly mark “US goods returning” on the package to expedite delivery.

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment upon receipt and processing of the return. Although we issue the refund immediately, please allow 3 business days or up to two billing cycles for the amount to appear on your statement.
